Marketplace seller subscriptions and driver minute subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase except where support confirms a payment or Shaxi system error.
Approved subscription refunds are credited to your Shaxi wallet. Shaxi does not send subscription refunds back through the payment gateway in this version.
Support may approve a wallet credit for duplicate charges, successful payment where activation failed and cannot be corrected, wrong plan or amount charged by Shaxi or the gateway, a Shaxi-caused service failure that made the paid subscription unusable, or an approved admin correction.
Unused seller subscription days, unused ad slots, unused driver minutes, voluntary cancellation, inactivity, expiry, suspension, and policy violations are not refundable.
