Riders App FAQ
Open the Shaxi rider app, type in your destination in the “Where to” space or choose your destination on the map and confirm your Shaxi request. A driver online will accept the request and you will be informed on the duration for the driver to get to your location. When your driver arrives, confirm the details and enjoy your Shaxi ride!
After you arrive at your destination, the driver will end the trip and the cost of the trip will be stated on your Shaxi app. Pay cash to the driver as stated.
Shaxi is available in all the regions in Ghana, provided there are drivers available.
- Tap the menu icon to open the main menu.
- Select “Trips” and then the trip on which you lost the item.
- Tap “lost an item” and then select “Confirm”.
- Enter the details of the item you lost in the description box and select “Report”.
- Alternatively, you can contact the driver who took you on the trip and report the lost item or contact the Shaxi customer help centre.
- Tap the menu icon to open the main menu.
- Select “Trips” and then select the trip where there was a misconduct.
- Tap “Driver Misconduct” and select “Confirm”.
- Enter your complaint in the description box and select “Report”.
The app can be downloaded on any smartphone from the iOS App Store for iPhones or the Google Play store for Android phones.
